We are sorry you didn’t vibe with our Polaris Sports Group products! We want you to love using our products which is why we are here to help. Follow the steps below to get a refund. 


All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of original purchase date (date on invoice). Items beyond 30 days of purchase will not be accepted by Polaris Sports Group for exchanges or refunds. 


To complete your return or exchange we require you to email support@polarissportsgroup.com.au with your name, address, order number, name of product, reason why you are returning and a photo of the product (if faulty or defective). 


Once the product arrives at our facility and meets our return condition policy, you will receive a confirmation email. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund once the item has been received and inspected.


Return conditions for refunds and exchanges:

  • Must be in the original packaging they were shipped in
  • Not used
  • Free from perfume, sweat, body odour, make-up, pet hair, tan marks

Items ineligible for returns:

  • Digital files 
  • Sale items 
  • Items that have been discounted 50% or more

Faulty items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we ask that you send photographic evidence and description of the fault to support@polarissportsgroup.com.au with your invoice number. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund once the item has been received and inspected at our facility. 


Please note that Polaris Sports Group has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Exchanges and refunds will only be provided if the item is deemed to be a genuine manufacturing defect.


Shipping costs:

All return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. As we are a relatively new and small business,  Polaris Sports Group is unable to cover the costs of return shipping at this point in time. We highly recommend purchasing insurance to ensure the product arrives at our facility for inspection. 


Exchanges:

Exchanges will be shipped out within 5 business days of confirmation email after we have inspected your returned product.


Change of mind:

Due to our business being small, we are unable to accept refunds based on change of mind. However, we are more than happy to offer an exchange with another product with the same monetary value. Any shipping costs from exchanges will be paid by the customer. 


How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

Please allow 7 business days after the confirmation email for your refund to be processed. Please also check your bank account and ensure your card details are correct. If 7 days have passed and you have still not received your refund please contact wendy@polarissportsgroup.com.au with your refund number.

12 month guarantee:

We are so confident in our Polaris Bands that we are willing to offer all customers a 12 month guarantee. We only offer exchanges if the band is found to be truly unusable within 12 months of original purchase date. Unusable bands means the elastic and material has lost more than 50% of it's connectivity. A lost in 'elasticity/feels looser' is not a genuine reason for an exchange as this is a normal process of usage.  

Please note that Polaris Sports Group has the right to assess whether the band is truly 'unusable' as defined above. Exchanges will only be provided if the item is deemed to be a genuine manufacturing defect. Shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
