Which Polaris Band resistance should I get?

We recommend the following for each resistance level:

  • Light = beginners, upper body activation
  • Medium = versatile band that can be used for both lower and upper body activation
  • Heavy = for those who are experienced and strong with exercises, used mainly for lower body activation (please note these bands are extremely strong so please go for the medium if you are unsure)

How do I use the Polaris Bands?

Polaris Bands can be used in many different ways. To help you get started with using the Polaris Bands effectively we have created a FREE PDF file (hyperlink this) with instructional exercises.

We also have a Youtube channel where we post regular exercise videos that utilise the Polaris Bands. Our Instagram and Tik Tok also feature a large collection of exercises featuring the Polaris Bands.


How do I wash my Polaris Bands?

Gentle hand wash with cold water. No detergent. Air dry only.

How much does shipping cost?

This depends on your location. Currently we have a free shipping offer for all Australian orders over $75.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that our international shipping policy is DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) which means that you will need to pay for any potential customs duty or taxes. Please double check these costs prior to placing your order. For the majority of countries - you will only be charged a fee if you have placed a very large order.
